Deliveries
Deliveries are usually made on Wednesday and Monday of each week. Every effort will be made to deliver orders on these days, but this may not be taken as implying any legal obligation to deliver on these days, nor shall any late delivery be reflected within carriage costs.

Delivery Charge to UK Mainland for the Amby Natures Nest £9.99
Delivery charge to Northern Ireland for the Amby Natures Nest £14.99
Delivery Charge to Southern Ireland for the Amby Natures Nest £24.99
P&P for accessories only to UK & Ireland £3.99
Product GUARANTEE
All items purchased from (Amby UK Ltd T/A CJS Management Services Ltd) are covered by a 12 months guarantee.
We will exchange any product if it displays a manufacturing fault.
Accidental damage by yourself or misuse is not covered by this guarantee.
Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, (Amby UK Ltd T/A CJS Management Services Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
If you wish to change the destination of your parcel after placing the order we will accommodate were possible, however if your order has already been dispatched the courier cost for this will be at your expense. Please note our couriers return charges: £7.00 up to 6 kilos and £13.00 thereafter.
WRONG ORDER INPUTTED
If you provide us with the wrong order (products) and wish to exchange we will gladly do so, the couriers exchange cost are at your expense.
Your right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before your order is dispatched.
Please note that if your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.
If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver, your order will be returned to the sender (Amby UK Ltd T/A CJS Management Services Ltd) and you will be charged for the return of the order.

Hassle-Free Returns
You may of course return any items purchased from (Amby UK Ltd T/A CJS Management Services Ltd) within 14 days, please contact our customer services on 01689 860932 to book in your return.
Please note - All goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused. If goods are sent back in any other condition (Amby UK Ltd T/A CJS Management Services Ltd) reserve the right to refuse your refund. Returns costs are at your expense.

All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability. If sold out, you will be contacted by customer services and given the opportunity to make an alternative selection or to wait for new stock to arrive, no price reductions will be made on products or courier charges due to out of stock item.
